Title:

Easy Scones with Pancake Mix (Plain,Chocolate,Matcha)

Introduction:
recipe uses pancake mix to make delicious scones effortlessly. With just a few ingredients and simple steps, you can create flavorful scones. Choose from plain, chocolate, or matcha flavors to suit your preference. Perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack!

The inspiration for this recipe came from a busy morning when I realized I wanted something a bit more indulgent than regular pancakes but didn't have the time or ingredients for traditional scones. By combining pancake mix with a few pantry staples, I discovered a way to make scones that are not only quick and easy but also incredibly versatile and delicious. Whether you're in a rush or simply craving homemade baked goods, these scones are the perfect solution!

You will need:
  • One large mixing bowl
  • One knife
  • One measuring cup
  • One baking tray
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients (For 6 scones):
  • Pancake mix:200g
  • Unsalted butter: 50g ( cold , cubed)
  • Milk or soy milk : 50-60ml

Flavor  Options:
  • Plain: use the basic dough
  • Chocolate: Add 50g of chocolate chips
  • Matcha: Add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder

Preheat:

1. Oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Put the pancake mix in a bowl and add the cold butter. Rub the butter into the pancake mix with your hands to form silky crumbs.

3. Add the milk a little at a time, bringing the batter together (adjusting so it is not too sticky).

4. If you want to add flavors, mix them in here :
• Chocolate: Add chocolate chips and mix.
• Matcha: Add the matcha powder and blend it in.

5. place the dough on a floured board, roll out to a thickness of about 2 cm, and cut with a knife into triangles or rounds.

6. Place the scones on a baking sheet, spacing them apart.

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to18 minutes, until the surface is lightly browned.

8. Allow to cool slightly before serving!

Key Points:
  • If you want a darker matcha color, you can add a little more matcha powder.
  • Adjust the amount of milk according to the condition of the batter (may vary depending on the type of pancake mix).

Enjoy these easy and delicious scones!

It's a deep yet soft shade that changes between pink and lavender depending on the lighting. Even though it's on the darker side, it still has a beautiful translucency, making it perfect for winter. I consulted with my hairstylist to adjust the tone to match my skin, and I'm absolutely in love with the result! My hair looks so shiny, and I feel like l've refreshed my look just in time for the season. To keep this color looking fresh, I plan to take extra care with color shampoo and treatments. What hair color are you planning to try this winter? Let me know in the comments!
